Uploading photos intermittent
I logged 4 caches is quick succession: LC6PEN, CC5EN1, CC40CA and CC97VY.
The first two had photo requirements and I attached them the same way I always have. Click the + sign in the photo box, navigate to the photo and click the open button. Takes a few seconds to a maybe 30 seconds to upload (size dependent probably).
So these two caches didn't seem to have pictures attached after being logged. I refreshed the cache page and there were no pictures visible. So I uploaded them again, and then there were duplicates. The original upload and the second set.
So I edited the log and deleted the duplicates. Then all the pictures were gone. So I uploaded once more and there were duplicates again. I left it that way.
I logged another cache (CC4IU1) and uploaded a photo that had the same the same format, 5 minutes later, with no issues.
I uploaded several pictures last night without issue.

Charlie, this is a new one. Do your remember what time you were doing this at night. Every night the site runs backups and new TPS calculations, so I am thinking that it was bad timing. Sort of being in two parallel universes. We will research this and fix the caches for you and let you know. Thank you for pointing this out, any issues we try to fix.
On a side note, I use https://imagecompressor.com/ to compress my pictures. With the new smart phones the size of the pictures will slow the loading times. This easy to use and keeps the quality of the pictures high.
If others have seen a similar issue to Charlie's please post and give us the cache ID. Please leave the duplicate photos so we can use those cache logs in our issue resolution process.

Cash, I had this exact same experience when posting several caches in quick succession for this same Domination challenge. It was related in a series of PMs to Ag08. I'll forward the whole thread to you in a PM. Hopefully there are enough similarities between Charlie's and my experience to be able to home in on the cause.
Cheers.

I had this same thing just the once on 22nd June. I sent a mail yesterday to the support mail address (think I may have put 22nd May in the mail by mistake) when I read sfcchaz's logs. Again for me this was for prep to log the Domination cache.
As I noted in my mail, I didn't highlight this as a site issue at the time because the process I used to up load my logs and photos in rapid succession I didn't consider to be normal site usage.
