Cache Care Days are obviously very important to TC management. How about adding a check box to the cache claim form that says "This visit qualifies a Cache Care Day"? Then if the box is checked, have a text box pop up where the finder can write what was done - first visit in x years, repair/replace container, took cover picture, etc. I'd suggest making the text box pop up, not having it there all the time. Most visits are not CCDs, so it would clutter the form in a way the single check box would not.

Having this check box could also flag the log and maybe make keeping track of CCDs easier.
