Blood Blue Supermoon
Today we have had a supermoon, where the full moon is closer to the earth than normal. It is also a Blue moon, the second full moon of the month- doesn't occur that often, hence the phrase "once in a blue moon". Terracachers in America (and possibly elsewhere) may also have seen the lunar eclipse which turns the moon a red/pink colour- we weren't so lucky over here. Roll on 2028 when we get the full monty.
Just wondered if any US/Canadian cachers took photos of the Blood Blue Supermoon and are able to post them for me to envy.
